Ingredients
- One quarter of a large papaya
 - 1 mango
 - 2 frozen bananas, pre-chopped
 - Juice of 1 blood orange
 - 6 ice cubes
 
Method
- Using a sharp knife, carefully remove skin from papaya.
 - Cut cheeks of mango and scoop the flesh out with a spoon.
 - Roughly chop all ingredients and add to the blender and blend until combined.
 - Pour into tall glasses to serve or into popsicle moulds for freezing into fruit ice creams.
